Support the Employee Free Choice Act (ECFA)

The Employee Free Choice Act would give workers a fair chance to form unions to improve their lives by:

• Allowing them to form unions by signing cards authorizing union representation.
• Providing mediation and arbitration for first-contract disputes.
• Establishing stronger penalties for violation of employee rights when workers seek to form a union and during first-contract negotiations.
  

Our Senator, Dianne Feinstein, is wavering on whether or not she wants to support EFCA. She needs to hear from YOU about why you think it's important.

The single best thing you can do is to write her a letter and send it in the mail.  Email is okay, but a regular US mail letter makes a much more powerful statement about how important EFCA is to you.
