Doctors Show Support for EFCA
Workers should be able to decide for themselves — without employer intimidation — whether or not they want to join a union.  The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) would restore that right.

Judge Declares Furloughs Legal Earlier this month UAPD filed an Amicus brief and a PERB charge as part of  a multi-union effort to prevent furloughs through legal means.  Workers were dealt a significant blow on January 29th with Judge Marlette ruled against us in the case.
