Become a Member of UAPD

Request a UAPD Member Application if you are:

1. A doctor working at a facility already covered by a UAPD Collective Bargaining Agreement.
2. A doctor who works in private practice or as part of a medical group and is interested in joining UAPD as an individual, private practice member.
3. Retired or about to retire from a UAPD-represented facility or private practice.

Send in an Organizing Lead if are:

1. Working for an employer not already covered by a UAPD agreement.
   
2. Interested in talking to UAPD staff about the advantages of a union workplace.
