The bargaining team submitted a complete bargaining proposal late last year. We received a response from management mid-February. Since then, we have been in active negotiations with Los Angeles County.
The bargaining team is preparing a counter proposal and will continue to meet with management every Tuesday. Our main goal is to secure a better benefits package, comparable to Megaflex, and more than the cost of living increase.
We will have membership meetings on Zoom from March 15-28, 2023. We hope to see you there!
