September 13, 2023: The NLRB Region 31 Office filed a complaint against LLUHEC for their refusal to bargain.
July 17, 2023: The UAPD received correspondence from LLUHEC stating, “LLUHEC respectfully declines the Union’s bargaining demand.
July 5, 2023: The UAPD filed an unfair labor practice charge given LLUHEC’s refusal to bargain in good faith, a violation of the National Labor Relations Act.
July 3, 2023: The UAPD sent LLUHEC a deman to bargain letter to engage in bargaining for residents and fellows to negotiate a new, fair contract.
June 30, 2023: The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issues certification of union representation for residents and fellows at Loma Linda University Health Education Consortium (LLUHEC).
