Despite numerous requests by the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD) to the California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) for CCHCS to send out a communication to BU16 employees regarding how employees are to claim the new fifteen dollar ($15) an hour on-call rate, CCHCS has advised the UAPD to direct employees to reach out to their supervisor for questions and direction related to filling out timesheets with the new Article 7.9 On-Call/Callback(POC) rates.
Please be sure to copy any and all communication between yourself and your supervisor to your personal email and to your UAPD Representative, in the event there is any question regarding your On Call and call back compensation.
