The State Controller’s Office (SCO) has issued the 3% General Salary Increase (GSI) retroactive pay back to July 1, 2023.
Special Salary Adjustments (SSA) are still being processed. Employees can refer to Article 10.4 Salaries and Allowances on page 109 for more information.
Since the GSI and SSA’s are retroactive to July 1, 2023, any hours worked at an hourly rate (Medical Officer of the Day, Physician On-Call, Additional appointments) will have to be adjusted to be paid at the increased hourly rate.
The UAPD has reached out to the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) for a timeline for payment of these adjustments.
