It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of Dr. Bhuvaneshwar Pagadala, a dedicated UAPD member who served as a psychiatrist with the California Health Care Facility in Stockton, CA, for nine years.
Since joining our union family nine years ago, Dr. Pagadala exemplified the spirit of solidarity. Throughout his tenure, he was an active participant in collective actions for the State of California, standing shoulder-to-shoulder at rallies with his fellow members.
His dedication to both his patients and his colleagues was unwavering. He understood that our strength comes from unity and his presence at every UAPD action demonstrated his commitment to our shared values.
His contributions to our union will not be forgotten. His legacy of solidarity will continue to inspire us.
