After months of negotiations, physicians and dentists represented by the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD) have secured a successor three-year contract with Sacramento County. The County Board of Supervisors approved the agreement on November 4, 2025, delivering meaningful wins for providers employed by the County. This agreement demonstrates the power of collective bargaining for unionized healthcare professionals.
