Stuart Bussey, M.D, J.D., UAPD president, has issued the following statement after Bicycle Health laid off 15% of its workforce:
“The timing of Bicycle Health’s layoffs and the providers filing for unionization is too coincidental. The UAPD will be filing charges against Bicycle Health so that the National Labor Relations Board can investigate the matter to determine whether this was an act of retaliation and if the providers’ rights were violated.”
