Pharmacists employed by Los Angeles County, represented by the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD), will enter contract negotiations with the County in July 2025.
In preparation for these negotiations, the UAPD has emailed a bargaining survey to active union members to identify the top priorities to bring to the table. Completing the bargaining survey ensures that our negotiation objectives align with the needs and concerns of our members. This survey gives members a critical opportunity to directly influence the bargaining process for their contract—shaping their working conditions and professional advancement.
The bargaining survey will close on June 29, 2025. We encourage all members to complete the survey as soon as possible to ensure their input is included in the bargaining process.
