The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has created a website to inform employees about layoff plans associated with AB 109 and the Governor’s Five Percent Reduction Plan. Note that CDCR has not provided any information to UAPD about how its layoff plan will impact those working in our bargaining unit (BU 16).
