All three collective bargaining agreements between the Union of American Physicians and Dentists and Los Angeles County were overwhelmingly ratified by 95% “Yes” votes.

Today, May 23rd, 2019, the results of both the electronic ratification polls and the paper ballots cast, were counted and tallied, at UAPD’s Southern California Office.
Witnessed and counted by bargaining unit members representing each bargaining unit, and UAPD Leadership and Staff, the sealed ballot boxes were broken & counted, and the electronic tally was reported and added, along with paper ballots that members had requested be mailed to them via U.S. Mail.
It is now up to everyone to ensure the contracts are upheld. Please keep a copy of your Memorandum of Understanding on hand at all times, once you receive the new copy.
