The UAPD bargaining team has submitted a complete proposal for bargaining to Los Angeles County. However, the County has not given a counter offer. The team does not anticipate to meet with the County prior to the New Year.
Our goal is to bargain a fair and just contract for our members and continue to negotiate to reach an agreement. Our priorities are:
- Better benefits package
- Recruitment and retention pay incentives
We will keep our members updated as negotiations progress.
