The Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD) is pleased to offer a variety of additional benefit options to our members in Los Angeles County to help protect them and their families. Open enrollment is happening now through Friday, December 20.
Plans include:
- Universal Life with Long-Term Care: the plan provides you up to $200,000 of life coverage that would be paid out to your beneficiaries should you pass away, but it also includes payouts for long-term care coverages.
- Voluntary Short-Term Disability: income protection of 60% up to a maximum of $2,308 per week.
- Voluntary Long-Term Disability: income protection of 60% up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
- Legal Insurance: Covered legal services for things like estate planning, will preparation, power of attorney services, and much more.
- Pet Insurance: choose a customized plan design for your pet based on your needs.

- Click “Register as a new user”
- Create a username and password
- Verify your account by entering your information
- Company identifier is UAPD
- The PIN is the last four numbers of your member ID (or employee ID)
